Changelog

What has actually shipped.

Grouped by area rather than padded into a weekly cadence. Sensa is early, and a changelog that invents releases to look busy is a changelog nobody can use.

2026-08

Reception, invoicing and the ledger behind it

  • One invoice per therapist on a shared visit, with revenue credited to that therapist’s own account.
  • One receipt settling several invoices, each recording only its own share.
  • A journal raised automatically for every invoice and every receipt.
  • The bill is proposed from treatments actually delivered; anything not delivered is shown as not charged.
  • Discount kinds frozen onto the settled bill, so the reason survives the sale.
  • Guest advances draw down when spent and refuse when short.
  • Arrivals board split into expected, arrived and checked out.
  • No-shows declared automatically after a per-property grace period.
2026-08

Accounting

  • Chart of accounts as a fixed three-level structure.
  • Journal vouchers, period lock, trial balance and profit and loss split by period.
  • Receivables and payables with ageing; bank and cash books with merchant charges.
  • Budgets, with a block that stops a posting rather than warning after it.

Scheduling and clinical

  • Availability sizes the room window from preparation, delivery and turnover, matching what the commit enforces.
  • A guest’s recorded therapist-gender preference is honoured at search as well as at booking.
  • Consultation records carry per-region pressure findings.
2026-08

Console consistency

  • Page-level tabs sit in the header on every workspace, matching the call centre.
  • Long working forms — journal vouchers, purchase orders, payroll runs, the bill composer — open as side sheets rather than dialogs over the list behind them.
  • One overlay shell for dialogs and sheets, so escape, focus trapping and scroll locking behave identically.

Dates are the month of release. Earlier work predates this log.
