Pricing
One platform. One price per property.
No module tiers, no per-seat charge for a part-time receptionist, and no separate line for the accounting you should have had all along.
Plans
Guided pilot
No licence fee
One property, two to four weeks, your own treatment menu and therapists. We do the setup; you decide whether the numbers reconcile.
Everything, included
$300 / month
or $3,060 a year — you keep $540
Every module, unlimited staff accounts, both languages and the full double-entry ledger. The same price whether you have three treatment rooms or twelve.
Several properties
Per property, tapering
Shared chart of accounts, group roles, consolidated reporting, and a rate that falls as locations are added. Quoted once, against the estate.
A single property can sign up online and be running in minutes. The pilot is how most established spas start, because the real menu, price bands and forward bookings are migrated as part of it.
Included, always
There is no higher tier.
| Included | Notes |
|---|---|
| Every module | Call centre, reception, therapist, inventory, accounting. |
| Unlimited staff accounts | A receptionist who works Saturdays does not cost the same as a full-time manager. |
| Double-entry ledger | Chart of accounts, journals, period lock, trial balance, profit and loss. |
| English and Arabic | Including right-to-left layout and bilingual guest documents. |
| Data export | Open formats, on request, at any time — including after you leave. |
| Support | Direct to the people who built it, not a ticket queue. |
Questions
Pricing, answered.
Is it really $300 a month whatever the size of the spa?
For one property, yes. No per-seat charge, no module tier and no separate line for the accounting — a three-room day spa and a busy hotel spa pay the same, because the software does the same work for both.
Groups are the exception, and only because the conversation is genuinely different: several properties, one chart of accounts, group roles and consolidated reporting. That is quoted per property, and the rate falls as locations are added.
Is the pilot free?
Yes. The guided pilot at one property carries no licence fee. You commit time — loading the menu, training the desk — and we commit the setup work. If it does not reconcile against how you run today, you walk away owing nothing.
Are modules sold separately?
No. The call centre, reception, the treatment floor, inventory and the accounting are one product. Charging separately for the ledger would encourage spas to run without one, which is the problem we set out to fix.
Do we have to talk to a salesperson to start?
No. A single property can sign up online and be running in minutes: the spa is created, the chart of accounts is seeded, and the owner signs in to their own property with no guest data in it. The pilot exists for established spas that want their real menu, price bands and forward bookings migrated first — which is most of them.
What does implementation cost?
Data import, configuration and training are quoted once, against the size of the menu and the number of locations. There is no per-seat charge for a receptionist who works one shift a week.
What happens to our data if we leave?
It is yours. Guests, bookings, invoices, receipts and the full general ledger are exported in open formats on request, at any time, including after termination. There is no ransom on your own history.
