Legal
Terms of Service
Before you publish this: a working draft, written to be accurate about how Sensa is provided. It is not legal advice and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Have it checked against the law of your jurisdiction before relying on it.
1. What we provide
Sensa is a web-based spa operations platform, provided as a service, under the plan agreed with you. Every module described on this site is included; there is no feature tier.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accounts you create, for the permissions you grant them, and for keeping credentials secure. You should disable accounts for people who leave; the platform provides that in one action.
3. Your data is yours
You retain ownership of everything you put into Sensa. We claim no right to use your guest data for any purpose other than providing the service to you. Export is available in open formats, on request, at any time — including after termination.
4. Our obligations as processor
Where we process personal data on your behalf we act on your documented instructions, apply the security measures described on our Security page, and will assist you with data-subject requests. See Data processing.
5. Availability
We aim for continuous availability and take a verified backup before every deployment. We do not currently publish a contractual uptime figure, and we would rather say that than print a number we cannot yet evidence. Where an availability commitment is required, it is agreed in your contract rather than asserted here.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Sensa to store data you have no lawful basis to hold, to attempt to access another customer's data, or to interfere with the operation of the service.
7. Fees
Fees are those set out in your order. The guided pilot carries no licence fee. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, each party's liability is limited as set out in your contract.
9. Ending the agreement
Either party may terminate in accordance with the notice period in your order. On termination we will provide a full export of your data and then delete it on the schedule agreed with you.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to the contact on your account before they take effect.
