Solutions · Clinics
Clinical detail and front-desk detail are not the same information.
A clinic carries an obligation a spa does not: what is recorded must be accurate, consented to, and visible only to the people entitled to see it. Most booking software has exactly one level of access.
Where the money usually goes
Consent that cannot be produced
Signed on paper, filed somewhere, and not attached to the treatment it authorised.
Contraindications in a notes box
Free text nobody reads under pressure, rather than a field that stops the booking.
The unqualified practitioner
A treatment booked to someone not certified for it, caught by a colleague rather than by the system.
Everything visible to everyone
A receptionist reading a medical history she has no business seeing, because there is one guest record and one permission.
How Sensa fits
What changes on day one.
- Sensitive and personal are separated. A practitioner sees what she needs to treat safely; the desk sees what it needs to receive a guest, and no more.
- Consultation records are structured — intake, contraindications, consent and per-region findings — rather than a paragraph in a comment field.
- Eligibility is enforced at booking. A practitioner who is not certified for a treatment is not offered for it.
- Consent is attached to the treatment it authorised, with who took it and when.
- Nothing is deleted. Corrections are recorded as corrections, which is what makes the record defensible.
